Creative Director:  Claire Brandon (CEA /Investment & Design Consultant)

Claire has had a passion for art and renovating since childhood, she has been painting murals and decorating since her teens.  Her talent is for innovative design that increases the value of a property, consistently achieving higher selling prices.  Trained as an authentic Feng Shui Consultant, for the past 8 years Claire has worked on commercial, residential and leisure properties around South Africa.  She often speaks at public events and has been interviewed many times in the media and on TV. 

 

Consultant and Designer in Eco Architecture:  Jeremy Acton (B.BuildArts UPE)

Jeremy has been involved in environmentalism since 1997, and gained extensive knowledge in Permaculture and sustainable living which has become a passion and a quest for him.  Ahead of his time, he has been involved with integrated ecological home design for at least 7 years; long before it became publicized.  His passion is for agriculture, and creating sustainable living environments and communities.

 

Décor Co-ordinator:  Ingrid Breytenbach

Ingrid uses her years of expertise to manage the stressful business of sourcing your interior décor.  She negotiates building plans & your unique personality, with her positive energy, to put together a scheme that will thrill you, and save a lot of time & unnecessary stress.
